Check-in operations allow you to obtain your boarding pass or boarding card, a document provided by an airline during check-in, giving a passenger permission to enter the restricted area of an airport (area beyond security check points) and to board an airplane for a particular flight.

Check-in deadlines are designed to guarantee that flights can depart on time. Before this deadline you must be in possession of your boarding pass, even if you have already checked-in online, and you must have checked in your baggage. If you have already checked in online and travel only with a carry-on baggage, you can proceed directly to the security checkpoint.

BAG-DROP OFF

If you have checked in online and need to deliver your hold baggage, we recommend you to go immediately to the check-in counter of your flight located in the Departure area. You will need to hand in your online boarding pass and a valid identity document.

VISA CHECK

Extra EU passengers who have printed out their boarding pass online must go to the check-in desk to have their identity documents checked.
