Zakynthos

Zakynthos, a beautiful Greek island of the Ionian archipelago, is considered a "land of poets", having been the birthplace of Ugo Foscolo and Dionysios Solomos, author of the Greek national anthem
One of the pearls of this island is Laganas, famous for its beaches, nightlife and the National Marine Park. Beautiful are also the beach of the Wreck and the Caves of Keri, in addition to the fantastic view from the Port Limnionas.
The capital of Zakynthos, rich in museums and churches, and Loucha, a quaint village near Porto Limnionas, are worth a visit.
